Sean Lee (NSCA ,CSCS, NASM , ACE, CPT) is a fitness expert with over 10 years of experience working with youth and adult clients. He received his degree in exercise physiology from Western Illinois University and is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), its highest credential. Sean is also recognized and certified as a professional fitness trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine & the American Council on Exercise. He is the founder and President of Restoration Fitness, LLC a company dedicated to educating and empowering people to make positive physical change through a synergistic approach of exercise, nutrition, & performance enhancement training. He offers personal training, athletic development / performance enhancement training, corrective exercise / neuromuscular re-education training, nutritional education, & fitness consulting to small companies. Sean is a consultant for the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), Arlington Pediatric & Therapy, V2 Fitness, the Arlington Heights Fire Department, and has conducted and presented many youth development clinics. In addition to working with athletes Sean has helped hundreds of people transform their bodies through his cutting edge performance training systems.
