The Ultimate Marathon Playlist

We are just days away from the Chicago Marathon and a few weeks from Marine Corps and NYC. The races will mark many historical occasions – one of which is the use of headphones (and, clearly the accompanying portable devices) for the first time. Whether you are qualifying for Boston or trekking along at a much more conservative pace – tune selection is crucial. Over the course of 26.2 miles, runners will experience a myriad of emotions – some you want to maintain and some you want to overcome.
In support of our wonderful marathon community, we have put together a series of six playlists to honor the various stages of the race and the emotions that accompany those stages. We hope that it inspires your own marathon music selection and gets you across that finish line on Marathon Sunday with your legs pumping and your heart soaring.
