MOJI OVERVIEW:
Caitlin Kelly of the New York Times describes the great bonds that are born from the even greater struggles of physical therapy. She provides a glimpse into a world in which adults from all walks of life (be they young collegiate athletes, CEOs, or construction workers) are leveled by injury and coexist in a world of pain and determination that those who have not experienced rehabilitation cannot understand. Over the course of her five surgeries and the subsequent months of P.T., Caitlin, like many other physical therapy patients, has developed strong relationships with her physical therapists and great admiration and gratitude for the close-knit community of injury-plagued companions that awaits her at the physical therapy office.
