MOJI OVERVIEW:
Gretchen Reynolds of The New York Times discusses two studies released by the Danube Hospital in Austria and Stanford University. Both provide evidence that running does not damage knees, as other researchers have suspected and attempted to prove. Stanford’s research shows that as long as runners’ knees are going through the proper biomechanical motions, the sport can actually help prevent osteoarthritis in older individuals
