- Three easy payments of $49.99 with Standard Shipping (7-14 days) for $19.95
What benefits do I have from a single payment?
If you chose the single payment option, you will receive a FREE upgrade to guaranteed 6-day shipping at the standard shipping cost.
How does the multi-payment option work?
Your first payment is billed immediately upon purchase, which includes the first payment of $49.99, shipping costs and applicable taxes. The next two payments will follow 30 and 60 days after the initial billing date and include taxes if applicable.

What are Moji’s warranty terms?
Moji proudly offers a complete warranty against failure of its products for one full year from the date of purchase. Warranty is void if unit has not been used according to printed instructions, or if the heat or cold cell is damaged or shows evidence of overheating or misuse. If failure of Moji products should occur, contact Moji Customer Service at (800) 593-2045, or customerservice@gomoji.com, to return the defective product with proof of purchase.
What is Moji's return policy?
Moji offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Moji product, you can return your purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in like new condition and in the original packaging you received. Moji will provide a full refund for the original product price however shipping fees are nonrefundable. What is Moji’s exchange policy?
