I love this! I bought it from my local running store thinking it would be a great light massage tool. Not so! It can really pinpoint and target the muscles I need it to after a hard workout. I find I can use as much pressure as I would get from a foam roller, or "The Stick" but with more preciseness. It is hands down my favorite recovery tool.

Bought this from REI and it has really helped relieve pain from a tight IT band without the excruciating pain I typically have to deal with from the foam roller. Suprisingly effective and a great product. Although my hand smells very rubbery after holding it for it a few minutes.

I just bought this from REI and couldn't be more satisfied. I use it on my legs after long hikes on my shoulders forearms and even feet. It also great for giving my girlfriend shoulder massages after a tennis match.

I got this as a gift from my husband and i love it! I like that i can use it on just about any part of my body to relieve muscle stress and aches. So easy too...all you do is slip it on your hand. No batteries required is a major plus! I also like that it is small enough to stash in my purse and no batteries means it is quiet and can be used whenever/wherever. I definitely recommend this for anyone and any age!
