Step 1Attach Moji Cold Cell or Moji Heat Cell to Moji Support Wrap, as shown, by fastening black side of Cold Cell to black straps on wrap. |
Step 2Position back wrap behind back, insert hands into pockets |
Step 3Apply even pressure to both sides of the wrap by pulling both sides forward. First, cover your waist with the left side and then layer with the right side |

Step 4With hands still in pockets, apply slight pressure with right hand to secure wrap. |
Step 5Remove hands from pockets and smooth down the edge of the wrap with left hand. |
Step 6Moji Support Wrap may be hand-washed with cold water. Hang dry for best results. |

The Moji Back System is great because it’s easy, simple, and portable. I was thinking about this when I was using it, it’s so simple to take with you, I can wear the heat pack on the bus, I can wear it at class, I can wear it everywhere, take it everywhere, and same with the ice pack. It’s beautifully simple and that’s what’s the best thing about it, it fits perfectly, there’s no leakage, it lasts longer than anything I’ve ever used. I use peas, and they last for a little bit, but they get old and you can’t use them again and again.

The duality of the Moji Back System eliminates all the ice packs, creams and heating pads. I’m looking forward to traveling with it so I won’t have to bring all those things, it will fit right in my bag, and I can take it to work as well.

The Moji Back System is perfect! I don’t have to plug it in, wait for anything to heat up, I can just put it in the microwave, put it on and I’m ready to go. I don’t have to sit there and wait and let it heat, I can just put it on and start doing my stuff.

Before I used the Moji Back Pain Relief System, I would just ice, but it was too much trouble because it didn’t stay in one spot and it got warm much too fast, since I’ve had the Moji Back System, it’s a world of difference. It’s so easy, you just wrap it around your back, and it’s still cold, I ice more often now than I did it before. For me, I like the convenience and the comfort and how easy it is to use, it’s not problem at all to use.

I really like the Moji Back System! The compression was something new that I had never even tried before, the greatest thing I could say about the back wrap is that it’s excuse proof. There’s no reason not to use it and I actually did use it, which is the highest compliment I can give to something.
