I love the wraps. My Knees are in constant pain but the ice wraps really help. I read a review where they claim rude customer service....my experience has been contrary. Nothing but great sales and service, in fact the service department went above and beyond to get me the wraps in one day.
I love the wraps and the people are great.

I love my Moji!! Ice pack heaven for my knee and ankle and achilles tendon problems - don't ask!!
Great customer service. When the outer compression piece was too small despite measuring correctly, they happily exchanged it for me. Have had the knee pack for a year and just got the universal for my achilles tendon. Very very happy with both

First of all, I cannot beleive I spent this much money to ice my knees. My first impression of the Moji knee is that is made of extremely cheap materials. It is also almost laughable that they claim that the Moji Knee provides compression. There are pros and cons to this item:
Pros:
incredible icing and very cold
cold cells form fit to knees
can be used on other parts of body
stays cold a long time, so can bring it with you to the gym after you work out
Cons:
very cheap construction
rude customer service
price
the rude customer service person recommended to size up, but it feels like the Moji Knee is too big
absolutely no compression
inadequate velcro strips

This product is phenomenal! I can't say enough good things about it. After my long runs, it makes all the difference in the world. If you are a runner and you don't own at least one, you don't know what you are missing. It fits your knee perfectly and doesn't limit your mobility like most other ice therapy products do. Buy one, no buy two now!

It took me a while to get my Moji Knees as I thought I needed a size XL based on an above the knee measurement of 20.5". I'm about 5'9" and 210 lbs which would suggest a size L is the right size. I thought the above the knee measurement would be the better measurement to use for sizing.
The folks from Moji were at the Houston Marathon and I was able to try a size L to see if it would fit. I'm really glad I didn't get the size XL. I think it would have been too big. The size L fit really well and there is still about 2-3" of overlap on the top strap. Based on my experience (everyone is different), the height-weight chart may be a better indicator for sizing.
Really want to thank the folks from Moji for helping me. It's a great product and the people are great too.

I bought the Dbl. Moji Knee to help with pain in my right knee, post meniscus surgery. The results were awesome! I'm able to move around with limited pain once I put the Moji in place. I now use it on both knees post workout.
When I first purchased the Moji I was on the borderline of two sizes. Once received I found that the size I purchased was incorrect. I called and spoke to them about the issue and they shipped the correct size immediately along with a return envelope for the one that I had. Great Product! Great Customer Service! Thank you Moji!

After years of IT-Band issues, I bought the Moji Knee system after seeing it at a marathon training expo. It's ease-of-use completely changes the icing process. Instead of being a hassle (and a twenty-minute commitment), the Moji makes applying the ice as simple and fast as adhering two velcro strips. And best of all, once it's on you can get about your day doing other things. For me, the system made the difference between not icing and icing after every run. And icing made all the difference for my IT-Band. I PRed at Chicago 2009."

In spite of a lingering meniscus issue I continue to cycle 150 or so miles/week. The Moji is my lifesaver, I can ride as often and hard as I like and never have an issue as long as I strap on the Moji right after finishing. Fits great, not too cold, never "burns" or drips. I put it on under loose-fitting pants and leave the house for work, dinner or errands with no concerns. Moji is such a simple product it makes you wonder why it wasn't around even sooner.
